The brief
The restriction comes first, then the design.
A chartered accountant's website is the one professional-services site that starts from a restriction rather than a pitch. The ICAI Code of Ethics rules out soliciting clients, testimonials, and promotional or comparative claims — which removes most of what a web agency would normally reach for first.
So we design the site as a credible informational presence instead: who the partners are, what the firm is qualified to do, where it operates, and what a client can get done without picking up the phone. That constraint is the brief, not a compliance pass at the end.
ICAI boundary
What goes on the site, and what stays off it.
The line we work to on every CA firm build. If a page you want sits close to it, you'll hear that during planning — not after launch.
Fits the Code of Ethics
- Allowed: Firm name, ICAI registration number and office locations
- Allowed: Partner names, qualifications and areas of practice
- Allowed: Service areas — statutory audit, direct tax, GST, ROC filings, transfer pricing
- Allowed: Factual firm history, size and affiliations
- Allowed: Informational content: due dates, circulars, budget commentary
- Allowed: Contact details, enquiry form and client-portal login
We won't build it, even if asked
- Not allowed: Client testimonials or named client logos
- Not allowed: Promotional claims about results, savings or refunds
- Not allowed: Comparative claims against other firms
- Not allowed: Solicitation CTAs — 'get a free quote', 'book a free consultation'
- Not allowed: Paid ads and sponsored placements driving to the site
- Not allowed: Superlatives — 'best CA firm in Pune', 'India's leading auditors'
What you actually get
Core capabilities & deliverables
A site that stays inside the ICAI Code of Ethics, not one we have to walk back later
Chartered accountants can't advertise or solicit clients the way most businesses do — no 'get a free quote' funnels, no testimonial walls, no promotional claims about results. We build the site as a credible informational presence instead: partner qualifications, service depth, firm registration details, laid out plainly. It's the single biggest way a CA firm site differs from every other service page we build, and it's the first thing we design around, not a compliance pass at the end.
The credibility signals a prospective client actually checks
Before someone calls a CA firm, they check who's behind it — partner profiles and qualifications, the firm's registration number, which services it actually covers (statutory audit, direct tax, GST, ROC and company-law filings, transfer pricing), and which offices it operates from. We build the site around those facts instead of stock photography of handshakes and generic 'trusted advisor' copy that says nothing a client can verify.
Client-facing utility that cuts down the calls your office fields every week
A lot of what a CA firm's front desk handles by phone — document collection, checking a due date, finding a form — can sit on the site instead: secure document upload, a due-date and tax-calendar page, downloadable forms, and a client-login gateway into whichever portal the firm already uses. None of it replaces the relationship; it just removes the friction around it.
A content engine built around the compliance calendar, not blog filler
CA clients search on a predictable cycle — GST due dates, ITR filing windows, budget commentary — and that's the organic traffic a firm can earn without touching the advertising restriction, because it's informational, not promotional. We set the site up so the firm's own staff can publish due-date reminders and circulars themselves, without calling us for every update.

Process
How a CA firm build runs.
Compliance scope
We go through the pages you want against the ICAI advertising restriction first, and flag anything that risks crossing the line before a line of copy gets written.
Firm and practice audit
Partner qualifications, registration details, service areas and office locations get collected as source facts — that's what the site's credibility is built from.
Structure and content plan
Sitemap, page-by-page outline and the compliance-calendar content model, so due dates and circulars have somewhere to live from day one.
Design and build
Next.js front end wired to your own content, not static pages — partner roster and service areas update without a developer in the loop.
Partner review
A full read-through with the partners before launch. Pune and PCMC firms usually do this across the table rather than over email.
Launch and handover
Training for whoever handles compliance updates internally, then support Monday to Saturday. The firm owns the site and its content from day one.
Transparent. Collaborative. Results-driven.That's how we deliver work that lasts.

Why work with a Pune-based team on a CA firm site
We built the corporate site for Adwani & Co, a tax, audit and advisory firm — wired to their own case and service data instead of static pages, so updates to their practice areas or partner roster don't need a developer involved. It's the one CA-vertical build we can point to directly, and we'd rather reference that specific project honestly than claim broader accounting-sector experience we don't have.
The ICAI restriction on advertising is the part most web agencies miss, because it isn't how they'd normally think about a professional-services site — testimonials, case-study numbers and 'book a free consultation' CTAs are the default toolkit, and all of it is exactly what a CA firm's site can't do. We start from the constraint instead of designing something a partner has to catch and reject later.
Being based in Pimple Saudagar means a Pune or PCMC-based firm can sit across the table for a review of what the site says about their services, rather than working it out entirely over email. Support after launch runs Monday to Saturday on the same studio hours as every other project here, and the firm keeps ownership of the site and its content from day one.

Within limits set by the ICAI Code of Ethics — a firm can maintain an informational website (name, registration number, partners, services, contact details) but can't solicit clients, publish testimonials, or make promotional or comparative claims. We design the site to work well inside that boundary rather than push against it.
