Adwani & Co: A Tax Advisory Site Wired to Real Case Data
A corporate site for a tax, audit and advisory firm, built to reflect live case status instead of static service pages.
Visual Overview & Build Assets

The problem
Adwani & Co's audit, taxation and advisory services needed a site that read as credible to enterprise clients — not a template with their logo dropped on top. Enterprise prospects evaluating an advisory firm are looking for evidence of real, ongoing casework, not a generic list of service categories every competitor's site also lists in roughly the same language, using roughly the same stock photography. A static brochure site would have described what the firm does in the abstract while saying nothing about what it's actually handling right now, which is exactly the gap a prospect notices when they're deciding which firm to trust with something as consequential as an audit or a tax dispute. The brief was to make the firm's real track record visible, not just claimed in a paragraph of marketing copy that reads the same as everyone else's. That's a harder problem than writing better copy — it meant the site itself had to be structurally different from a template, not just better worded.
What we built
We built a PHP-backed corporate site with custom APIs connecting directly to Adwani & Co's internal case data, so the site reflects what the firm is actually working on instead of a page someone has to remember to update manually every quarter. JavaScript-driven interactions handle how that case information is surfaced and filtered without needing a page reload for every view, which keeps the experience closer to an internal dashboard than a static PDF turned into HTML. Analytics were wired in from day one rather than bolted on later, so the firm could see which practice areas were actually pulling in enterprise interest instead of guessing from anecdote or a handful of inbound emails. That early analytics decision also meant the firm didn't lose the first few months of visitor data the way sites that add tracking as an afterthought usually do.
Architecture & Engineering Highlights
The underlying technical foundation engineered into the Adwani & Co build.
Performance First
Optimized for core web vitals, sub-2s load times, and fluid 60fps animations.
Enterprise Security
Sanitized data inputs, encrypted credentials, and strict permission scoping.
Custom Data Pipelines
Custom APIs connecting front-end interfaces to live backend data sources.
Modular Architecture
Decoupled component architecture designed to scale seamlessly with user growth.
Where it stands today
The site now doubles as a working reference for prospective clients evaluating the firm's case history, not just a brochure they skim once and move on from. Because it's connected to live case data rather than static copy, that reference material stays current without someone having to remember to go back and edit a page every time something changes. For a firm whose credibility rests on active casework, that ongoing accuracy matters more than any single page of marketing copy ever could, since a prospect can tell the difference between a site that's current and one that's been left untouched since launch.
Key Takeaways & Business Impact
Core strategic lessons extracted from engineering the Adwani & Co solution.
Data Standardization Over Bespoke Hacks
Establishing unified data schemas up front eliminates multi-week integration delays when scaling connected systems over time.
Conversion-Driven Interface Polish
Streamlining visual hierarchy and eliminating UI jank keeps daily users focused on core workflows without distraction.
End-to-End In-House Execution
Single team scoping, engineering, and launching ensures zero technical debt or communication gaps during deployment.
