Phase 01

The problem

CT Advanced Spine already had a website from a US-based agency. It didn't generate a single patient enquiry. A site can look finished and still fail at the one job that matters for a medical practice — turning a visitor into a booked appointment — if it isn't built around what patients actually search for and doesn't give them an easy path to act once they arrive. The previous build was treated as a brochure: a description of the practice, with no strategy behind getting the right people to it and no real mechanism for converting the people who did show up. Looking legitimate and being findable and bookable turned out to be two entirely different problems, and the old site had only solved the first one, which left the practice paying for a website that functioned as little more than a digital business card.

Phase 02

What we built

We rebuilt the platform on React and Node.js, running on PostgreSQL and AWS, with a patient portal and appointment booking built directly into the site rather than routed through a phone call. The booking flow removes the single biggest point of friction in patient acquisition — asking someone who's already decided to reach out to then wait on hold to do it, at which point some fraction of them simply give up and call a competitor instead. Alongside the rebuild, we ran an ongoing SEO strategy targeting the actual searches real patients run when looking for a spine specialist, because a fast, well-built site with no one finding it converts nothing, and traffic with nowhere useful to land converts just as little as no traffic at all. Neither half of that pairing does much on its own; the value was always in running both together.

Where it stands today

Verified Results

The platform and the SEO strategy behind it now run together as the practice's main new-patient channel — the site converts the traffic the SEO work sends it, instead of one working without the other the way the previous setup did. That combination, not either piece alone, is what turned the website from something that just existed into something that actually books appointments week over week.

Strategic Insights

Key Takeaways & Business Impact

Core strategic lessons extracted from engineering the CT Advanced Spine solution.

01

Data Standardization Over Bespoke Hacks

Establishing unified data schemas up front eliminates multi-week integration delays when scaling connected systems over time.

Strategic Milestone
02

Conversion-Driven Interface Polish

Streamlining visual hierarchy and eliminating UI jank keeps daily users focused on core workflows without distraction.

Strategic Milestone
03

End-to-End In-House Execution

Single team scoping, engineering, and launching ensures zero technical debt or communication gaps during deployment.

Strategic Milestone
Earlier we were working with a US-based web agency, but despite having a website we were not getting any patients or leads. The site just existed. After switching to Webcomp Digitex, everything changed. With their SEO strategy and consistent efforts, we now get 2 to 3 new patients every week directly through the website.
