Web Development Company in Dubai, UAE
150+ websites shipped since 2019, with a working day that overlaps Dubai's almost hour for hour — this isn't a team you'll only catch for one call a week.
What you actually get
Core capabilities & deliverables
A build ready for a bilingual, multi-audience market
Right-to-left layout support for Arabic-language sites where needed, alongside the English build, and a CMS structured so your team can manage both without duplicating the whole site. We scope this at the start rather than treating a second language as a bolt-on translation plugin later.
Near-total working-hours overlap
Dubai is only 1.5 hours behind Pune. Our 10:00–19:00 IST studio hours cover nearly all of a standard UAE working day, so this runs closer to working with a local team than an offshore one — most days, someone here is available whenever you'd normally expect to reach a vendor.
One in-house team across design, build and SEO
Design, development and technical SEO sit under one roof in Pimple Saudagar, Pune, so a site built for UAE search visibility isn't handed to a separate SEO vendor after launch who has to re-learn the build from scratch.
Payment and hosting flexibility
Invoicing in AED or USD, and hosting placed in a UAE or nearby-region data center on request if latency or local compliance calls for it, rather than defaulting to wherever's cheapest for us.
How this actually works
Why Dubai is the easiest timezone we work across
Dubai sits just 1.5 hours behind Pune — UAE 8:30am is our 10:00am, and UAE 5:30pm is close to our 19:00 studio close. That's not a narrow overlap window we have to plan calls around; it's most of a working day shared in real time, which is a meaningfully different working relationship than the early-morning-call arrangements we run with US or Canadian clients.
In practice that means status updates, quick decisions and review calls can happen the same way they would with a local vendor — scheduled during normal business hours, not squeezed into a narrow slot at the edge of someone's day. We still document everything in writing so nothing depends on a single conversation being remembered correctly, but the live availability is genuinely there when you need it.
We invoice in AED or USD by international transfer or card, with a fixed quote agreed before work starts. We're a Pune-based studio without a registered UAE office — happy to say that plainly rather than let a generic 'we serve the UAE' claim imply a local presence that isn't there.

Pricing & Execution Guide
Dubai & UAE Website Pricing Guide
Dubai and the wider UAE run one of the widest pricing spreads we see anywhere, and the biggest reason isn't ambition — it's language. A single-language English site and a properly bilingual Arabic/English build with right-to-left layout support are close to two different projects in terms of design and CMS work, and pricing guides published across the UAE market reflect that: roughly AED 800 to 3,500 for a basic starter site, AED 7,000 to 55,000 for a mid-tier business build with real integrations, and AED 15,000 to 110,000 or more for e-commerce or an enterprise-grade platform.
Bilingual builds cost more because they genuinely are more work — an Arabic CMS structure isn't a translation plugin dropped onto an English site, it's a second set of layouts, navigation and content workflows that have to work cleanly for editors on both sides. E-commerce and payment-gateway integration for the UAE market is the other major swing factor, since local gateway support and AED checkout flows add scoping time a purely informational site doesn't need.
These are general market ranges aggregated from public UAE pricing guides, not a Webcomp quote. Every project here — bilingual or not — gets scoped individually against its actual pages and integrations, with a fixed number agreed before work starts.
- Basic starter: AED 800–3,500 — a small single-language site, minimal custom functionality.
- Mid-tier business: AED 7,000–55,000 — a custom build with real integrations, often including a second language.
- E-commerce / enterprise: AED 15,000–110,000+ — a full bilingual build, payment gateways, complex catalog or platform requirements.

Nearly all of it. Dubai is only 1.5 hours behind Pune, so our 10:00–19:00 IST studio hours line up with almost a full UAE working day — real-time availability, not a once-a-week call slot.
