That's genuinely too narrow a window for frequent live calls to be the backbone of a project, so we don't pretend otherwise.
Instead, the review process is built to not need a live call for most rounds: you get a private link to review a cut, leave timestamped comments directly on the timeline, and a revision comes back and is ready to review before your next working day starts. The early-morning window that does overlap our studio hours (10:00–19:00 IST) is reserved for the calls that genuinely benefit from being live — an initial creative brief, a kickoff, a major direction change.
Billing is by international transfer or card in CAD or USD, and each deliverable gets a fixed, agreed price before any shoot or edit begins. We're a Pune-based production team, not a Canadian one — the timezone gap is real, and the async review workflow exists specifically to keep it from slowing turnaround. For launch-week or timezone-sensitive support specifically, we can plan a shifted schedule rather than defaulting to our normal studio hours.

Extra rounds can be added, priced and confirmed before we start them — never billed retroactively without notice. The number of included rounds is written into the quote upfront, so most projects don't hit that limit.
