If a plugin's requirements or an integration's edge cases are easier to walk through in person than over a call, that's not a special arrangement — it's a normal part of working with a local team, not something quoted separately as a premium option. Design reviews and scoping sessions in particular tend to move faster in person, since a lot of back-and-forth about how a sync should behave gets lost trying to describe it over a call.
Integrations built to still be working in six months
A dropped connection between two systems shouldn't mean a lost order or a customer record that's gone stale in one place but not the other — so we build in retry logic for exactly that case, on top of correct field mapping and sane handling for whatever happens when one system is down or throws an error. Because we're a short drive away, checking whether an integration is still quietly doing its job six months later is a five-minute conversation, not something that waits for a scheduled review.

For clients outside Pune, everything runs the same way it would for a client across town — written specs so a plugin's scope doesn't depend on one conversation being remembered correctly, a staging link for reviewing work in progress, and fast revisions because there's no overnight wait for a reply from the other side of the world. A bug found at 4pm gets looked at the same afternoon, not queued for the next working day.
We invoice in INR, with GST-compliant billing and a fixed quote agreed before work starts. If you're in or near Pune, an in-person kickoff or review session is genuinely on the table — not every client wants that, but the option exists in a way it can't for our international clients.

Public pricing guides for the Indian market put a basic WordPress or Shopify plugin at roughly ₹40,000–₹1,20,000, a mid-complexity custom app or integration at ₹1,20,000–₹3,50,000, and a larger multi-system integration or enterprise extension at ₹3,50,000–₹10,00,000 or more.
The scope driver here is the same as everywhere else: what the plugin has to keep doing after it ships. A small internal WordPress tool used on one site is a different job from a Shopify app that has to clear App Store review and stay stable across a wide range of merchant setups, or an integration that has to keep an ERP and an e-commerce catalog correctly in sync without silent data loss.
