The system producing these variants was engineered in-house, not licensed from a third party and resold. That distinction matters the first time a shot doesn't render correctly: we can open up the actual pipeline and correct it, instead of shrugging and generating another attempt from a tool we don't control.

For clients outside Pune, everything runs the same way it would for a client across town — a shared review link for timestamped notes, revisions turned around fast because AI-assisted generation doesn't require re-booking a crew, and a written brief up front so creative direction doesn't rely on one conversation being remembered correctly.
We invoice in INR, with GST-compliant billing and a fixed quote agreed before work starts. If you're in or near Pune, an in-person kickoff or review session is genuinely on the table — not every client wants that, but the option exists in a way it can't for our international clients.

Public pricing guides across the Indian video production market show a professionally shot brand film typically running ₹50,000 to ₹3,00,000 or more depending on crew, location and length — that base cost doesn't disappear when AI enters the workflow, because a real shoot with real lighting, sound and direction still needs to happen. What changes is everything downstream: generating a second cutdown, a regional-language voiceover variant, or a shorter social edit from that same footage costs meaningfully less in editor hours than commissioning each one as a separate traditional edit.
That makes AI-assisted production most worth it for brands that genuinely need volume — a festival campaign running in three regional languages, a product launch needing five ad-length variants for testing, or ongoing content at a cadence a purely manual editing workflow can't sustain affordably.
