AI Filmmaking Agency in India

We run our own AI filmmaking pipeline in-house, from a studio in Pimple Saudagar, Pune — it's the system producing our own work, not a service we're testing on client budgets.

What you actually get

Same-timezone, same-day turnaround

No timezone gap to plan around — calls, reviews and revisions happen inside a normal Indian working day, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST. A revision requested in the morning can realistically be back for review the same day, not the next one.

More variants per shoot than a crew-only budget usually allows

AI-assisted editing and voiceover let us generate more cutdowns, formats and messaging variants from one shoot than a traditional crew-only production would justify billing for — useful for brands running festival campaigns, regional-language variants, or testing multiple creative angles on the same ad budget.

A studio you can actually visit

We're based at Spot 18 Mall in Pimple Saudagar, Pune, a short drive from Wakad, Baner and the Hinjewadi IT corridor. If a brief needs an in-person session instead of a video call, that's not a special arrangement — it's a normal part of working with a local team.

A team that built the pipeline, not one reselling a template generator

The system producing these variants was engineered in-house, not licensed from a third party and resold. That distinction matters the first time a shot doesn't render correctly: we can open up the actual pipeline and correct it, instead of shrugging and generating another attempt from a tool we don't control.

How this actually works

Working with a Pune-based AI filmmaking team from anywhere in India

There's no timezone problem to design around here — whether your team is in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi or anywhere else in India, our studio hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST) line up with yours exactly. That means live review calls, quick creative direction changes and same-day turnarounds are the default, not something scheduled around a gap.

For clients outside Pune, everything runs the same way it would for a client across town — a shared review link for timestamped notes, revisions turned around fast because AI-assisted generation doesn't require re-booking a crew, and a written brief up front so creative direction doesn't rely on one conversation being remembered correctly.

We invoice in INR, with GST-compliant billing and a fixed quote agreed before work starts. If you're in or near Pune, an in-person kickoff or review session is genuinely on the table — not every client wants that, but the option exists in a way it can't for our international clients.

Understanding AI-Assisted Video Production Costs in India

01

What AI-Assisted Production Actually Changes About the Budget

Public pricing guides across the Indian video production market show a professionally shot brand film typically running ₹50,000 to ₹3,00,000 or more depending on crew, location and length — that base cost doesn't disappear when AI enters the workflow, because a real shoot with real lighting, sound and direction still needs to happen. What changes is everything downstream: generating a second cutdown, a regional-language voiceover variant, or a shorter social edit from that same footage costs meaningfully less in editor hours than commissioning each one as a separate traditional edit.

That makes AI-assisted production most worth it for brands that genuinely need volume — a festival campaign running in three regional languages, a product launch needing five ad-length variants for testing, or ongoing content at a cadence a purely manual editing workflow can't sustain affordably. A brand that needs one polished film and nothing else won't see much cost benefit from the AI-assisted part of the pipeline specifically, since the base shoot cost is the same either way.

These are general Indian market figures aggregated from public production pricing guides, not a fixed Webcomp rate. Every project is scoped against the actual shoot and the number of variants genuinely needed, with GST-compliant invoicing and a fixed quote agreed before work starts.

02

When a Traditional Edit Is Still the Better Call

We'd rather say this plainly than sell AI-assisted production as the right answer for every brief: a single, one-off film with no need for variants — a wedding-style corporate anniversary video, a one-time investor pitch film — doesn't benefit much from an AI-assisted pipeline, because there's nothing to iterate on at volume. In those cases we'd recommend a straightforward traditional edit, since the AI tooling adds workflow overhead without a real cost or speed advantage to offset it.

The same goes for anything where the creative depends entirely on a single, carefully directed take rather than variant testing — AI-assisted rough cuts speed up iteration, but they don't replace a director's judgment on the one shot that has to be exactly right. We'll tell a client directly when their brief fits that category rather than defaulting every project into the AI-assisted workflow because it's what we lead with.

FAQ

Questions before you get started.

Both — most of our AI filmmaking clients work with us fully remotely regardless of city, since there's no timezone gap to plan around anywhere in India. Pune-based or nearby clients also have the option of an in-person session if they'd prefer one.

Voiceover and messaging variants can be produced in multiple languages when scoped upfront — tell us which markets or languages the campaign needs to cover during the initial brief.

A template tool is a black box you have no control over. Ours isn't — it's software we wrote and maintain, so a rendering issue is something we can diagnose and fix, not just retry. A human editor still signs off on every deliverable before it goes out.

Yes, invoicing is GST-compliant with a fixed quote agreed in writing before work starts.

Not on the first deliverable — a well-produced source shoot costs roughly what a traditional shoot costs. The savings show up on additional variants: a second language cut, a shorter social edit or a different messaging angle generated from the same footage costs less in editor time than commissioning a fresh edit from scratch for each one.
